Rules of the Road

Vessels transiting the high seas must follow a set of rules in order to interact safely which are outlined in the 72 COLREGS or within local rules such as the US Inland Rules. The Lectures provided here discuss in detail the 72 COLREGS and the US Inland Rules and are intended to help those who are studying these subjects.
